Trial Class
- Classes last for 1h15
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts and introduce yourself
- Bring normal gym clothes and
- Clean indoor shoes on Thursday or clean feet (or socks) on Sunday
- For your safety, remove all possible jewelry
- Classes are suitable for adults
